1. Order Processing and Dispatch

Orders are only processed once full payment has been received and cleared. Immediate payment is recommended to avoid delays.

Our standard dispatch time is 1-2 business days from the date of confirmed payment. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

2. Out-of-Stock Items

If an item in your order is temporarily out of stock, dispatch times may be delayed.

In such cases, we will contact you via the number or email address provided with your order to offer options:

• Wait for the item to be restocked

• Choose an alternative product
  

Your order will not be dispatched until we receive your instructions.

3. Delivery Timeframe

Once dispatched, please allow 3-5 working days for your parcel to arrive.

Please note: We are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, high order volumes, or other factors beyond our control.

4. Same-Day Delivery

We may offer a same-day delivery service for certain locations. Please note that tracking is not available for same-day deliveries.
